Thihan C. Phan, DDS

Dr. Phan is originally from San Diego. After receiving her bachelor’s degree at the University of California, San Diego she attended Creighton University School of Dentistry.

Upon graduation, as part of a dental scholarship, she served as Captain in the Dental Corp of the United States Air Force at Sheppard Air Force Base in Texas. There, she had Additional Advanced Training in all areas of dentistry including Reconstructive, Cosmetic, Implant, Surgery and Orthodontic dentistry. After the Air Force she moved to the Phoenix Metro area where she continues to provide quality dental care today in a private practice setting. After +10 years in dentistry, she established Palo Verde Dentistry in hopes of providing a fresh approach to patient care that are both professionally rewarding to her and personally satisfying for her patients. Dr. Phan is always striving to improve the quality and esthethics of her work through a lifetime of learning with continuing education. She can be found at many dental conventions around the country throughout the year. She also enjoys spending her free time outdoors and with family and friends.

Celina was inspired into the dental field working in her uncle’s dental office when she was just 16 years old! She saw how much dentistry can change people’s lives and knew she was meant for this field.

Lissete is originally from New York but recently moved from Florida to Arizona to be closer to her sister and to start a new chapter in her life.

Ashley started out as a “floater” and an assistant in 2008, but her passion for patietn care and oral health led her to a degree in Dental Hygiene in 2012. She graduated with honors and has been dedicated to providing high quality care ever since.

Lana graduated (with Highest Honers!) in 2012 from Dental Hygiene School.

While she’s focused on providing the highest quality of care when patients are in her chair, she loves to connect with them as well.

Danielle

Danielle has been a dental assistant with 13+ years of experience. Smilecology is her first office she has worked in and has been with the office ever since!

Her favorite procedures are dental implant surgeries and blood draws for plasma to enhance oral surgeries! She’s thankful she works with an amazing team and has learned so much about what it takes to help people smile with confidence.

The most rewarding thing about her job is the connection she has with her patients. She especially loves it when she sees how much better patients feel when they are more confident with their smiles!

Melissa started in the dental field 15 years ago. She found Smilecology working as a temporary dental assistant. Within a few days Melissa and Smilecology knew they were made for each other.
